摘　　要：科技资源科普化对于扩大科技资源的应用范围,提升公众科学素质具有重要作用。河北省科技资源丰富,但科普转化程度相对不高,文章针对存在的问题,提出应加强科普人员培养,推动科普基地、平台建设,加大科普经费投入,强化科技成果科普转化,构建科普联盟,加强科普宣传等。Popularization of science and technology resources plays an important role in expanding the scope of application of science and technology resources and improving the quality of public science.Hebei province is rich in science and technology resources,but the degree of science popularization transformation is relatively low.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed that the training of science popularization personnel should be strengthened,the construction of science popularization bases and platforms should be promoted,the investment in science popularization funds should be increased,the transformation of science popularization of scientific and technological achievements should be strengthened,the construction of science popularization alliances should be built,and science popularization publicity should be strengthened.
