摘  要:针对现有摩擦式限滑差速器摩擦力矩较小的问题,设计了新型纯机械式行星轮系自动限滑差速器,并进行了运动学分析和仿真模型分析。结果表明,行星轮系限滑差速器限滑原理正确、可行,使车辆在单轮悬空等极端恶劣的工况下能机械自动限滑控制,具有全地形全驱行驶的能力。To solve the problem of small friction torque of the existing frictional limited-slip differential,a new pure mechanical planetary gear train automatic limited slip differential was designed.The results of kinematic analysis and simulation model analysis of planetary gear train limited-slip differential show that the limited-slip principle of planetary gear train limited-slip differential is correct and feasible.The vehicle in the single wheel suspension and other extreme conditions can be mechanically automatic limited slip control,with all-terrain all-drive driving ability.
