摘 要:针对直升机桨叶加热组件的结构特点,设计建造旋翼桨叶加热组件可靠性试验系统,研究加热组件加热电路与焊接结构在振动和热载环境下的可靠性。试验时,粘接加热组件的复合材料平板达到一阶共振频率,带动加热组件试验件一同变形,按照控制率对加热组件供电加热,试验系统成功考核加热组件加热电路与焊接结构可靠性,指出加热组件电路可靠性薄弱位置。结果表明:试验系统可靠稳定,可实现加热组件可靠性考核;加热组件焊接结构可靠性较高,靠近焊接点的加热电路可靠性低,发生断裂。试验结果为桨叶加热组件结构改进提供方向。According to the structural characteristics of helicopter blade heating components,a reliability test system for rotor blade heating components was designed and constructed,and the reliability of the heating circuit and welded structure of heating components in vibration and hot load environment was studied.During the test,the composite plate bonded to the heating component reached the first-order resonance frequency,driving the heating component test piece to deform together.At the same time,the heating component was heated according to the control rate during the test.The test system successfully assessed the reliability of the heating circuit and welded structure of the heating component,and pointed out the weak position of the reliability of the heating component circuit.The test shows that the test system is reliable and stable,and the reliability assessment of the heating component is realized.Also,the welding structure of the heating component has high reliability,but the heating circuit close to the welding point has low reliability and fracture.Additionally,the test results provide the direction for the structure improvement of the paddle heating component.
