摘  要:臭氧-生物活性炭深度处理水厂中生物活性炭池和砂滤池反冲洗水占水厂总水量的2%~6%,反冲洗水中的生物风险对其安全回用至关重要。该研究对生物活性炭池和砂滤池反冲洗水进行了一年的调查和跟踪,滤池反冲洗可以有效去除滤料表面的生物量,随着季节、反冲洗周期和反冲洗时间的变化,滤池反冲洗水中生物量随之变化。利用16S rDNA基因测序表征反冲洗水中的微生物群落结构,生物活性炭池和砂滤池反冲洗水中门水平的优势菌种均为变形菌门,在变形菌门中主要为α-变形菌纲和γ-变形菌纲。生物活性炭池反冲洗水中微生物群落结构随季节变化较大。随着反冲洗时间的延长,反冲洗水中的生物量有明显的下降趋势,早期冲洗水中的生物量远高于后期,建议在反冲洗初期,更多关注反冲洗水的生物风险。The backwash water of biological activated carbon(BAC) filter and sand filter in water treatment plant(WTP) with ozone-BAC advanced treatment accounts for 2%~6% of the total water volume in WTP, the biological risk in the backwash water is crucial for its safe reuse. In this study, the backwash water of BAC filter and sand filter were investigated over a year. The filter backwash could effectively remove the biomass on the surface of the filter material, and the biomass in the filter backwash water changed with the variation of season, backwash interval and backwash process. 16 S rDNA gene sequencing was used to characterize the microbial community structure in backwash water. Proteobacteria was the most dominant phylum in BAC filter and sand filter backwash water, with a high proportion of a class called Alphaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria. With the change of seasons, the microbial community structure of the BAC filter backwash water changed greatly. With the process of the backwash, the biomass in the backwash water had a clear downward trend, and the biomass in the early rinse water was much higher than in the later stage. So it is recommended that more attention should be paid to the biological risk of the backwash water in the early stage of backwashing.
