摘  要:通过抗压强度和核磁共振(NMR)试验,研究了掺入纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))对混凝土抗压强度和孔结构特征的影响规律,并探讨孔隙率与抗压强度的关系。同时通过电镜扫描(SEM)试验,分析了纳米TiO_(2)的掺入对抗压强度和孔结构改善的微观机理。结果表明:混凝土抗压强度随着TiO_(2)掺量的增加先增大后减小,纳米TiO_(2)掺量为1%时,抗压强度达到最大值57.8 MPa;通过NMR和SEM分析发现纳米TiO_(2)能够改善混凝土的致密性,随TiO_(2)掺量(<1%)的增加,混凝土孔结构填充效果逐渐改善;当掺量超过1%,试件出现团聚现象,影响改善效果使得抗压强度下降;当纳米TiO_(2)掺量为1%时,混凝土抗压强度的提高及孔隙结构的优化-效果最为明显。同时用指数函数建立了抗压强度与孔隙率之间的关系,相关性较好。Through nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)test and compressive strength test,the influence of nano-titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))on the pore structure characteristics and compressive strength of concrete was studied,and the relationship between porosity and compressive strength was discussed.Meanwhile,the microscopic mechanism of nano-TiO_(2)on the improvement of pore structure and compressive strength was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the compressive strength of concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of TiO_(2)content.When the nano-TiO_(2)content is 1%,the compressive strength reaches the maximum value of 57.8MPa.Nano-TiO_(2)can also improve the compactness of concrete.NMR and SEM analysis found that with the increase of TiO_(2)content(<1%),the filling effect of concrete pore structure gradually improve;when the doping amount exceeds 1%,the specimen appears agglomeration phenomenon,which affects the improvement effect and makes the compressive strength decrease.When the content of nano-TiO_(2)is 1%,the effect of optimizing the porosity and improving the compressive strength of concrete is the most obvious.The relationship between compressive strength and porosity was also established with an exponential function,and the correlation was good.
