摘　　要：随着新时代教育理念的更新及教育改革程度的加深,教育更加侧重于综合素质方面。高校大学生即将步入社会,其综合素质的高低将会直接影响今后的发展。高校是向社会输送高素质人才的主阵地,因此,高校教育更应当从多个角度着手,促进学生综合素质的全面提升。体育是高校教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是学生综合素质提升的重要一环。这对地方高校体育教师的教学能力有了更高的要求,体育教师要不断提升个人的专业教学能力,进而有效提升学生的学习能力和增强学生身体素质,综合发展。With the deepening of the educational reform,as well as the renewal of the educational concept in the new era,the education of students is more focused on the comprehensive quality,ethnic minority areas are no exception.Level of college students to enter society,the overall quality of its height will directly affect the future development,ethnic minority areas is one of the Chinese part of the earth,the university is also a major ground conveying high-quality talents to the society,therefore,the minority areas of college education should begin from multiple angles,promote the students’comprehensive quality to promote comprehensive.Sports is an important part of the education system in colleges and universities,and students’comprehensive quality of ascension,so the importance of physical education teaching is highlighted increasingly,at the same time to the sports teachers’teaching ability had the higher request,PE teachers should not only improve the teaching ability of the individual,should also be to student’s physical quality and comprehensive quality cultivation efforts,Thus ensuring the enhancement of students’learning ability and physical quality.Based on this,the following is a theoretical analysis focusing on the improvement of teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in minority areas.
