摘 要:型钢是叉车门架的重要组成部件,型钢结构的合理选用,关系到门架的整体布局,配套滚轮、链条及液压缸等其他零件选用,最终影响叉车门架叉取提升货物的性能及整车的稳定性。文中针对叉车门架常用的几款型钢及型钢组合,主要从载荷能力、成本、整车前悬距及门架布局等方面进行综合比较分析。以三级门架为例,在相同工况条件下,提供一种门架变形量计算方法对3种常用的门架型钢组合进行计算,同时也选取其中一种型钢组合进行模拟分析。结果显示门架变形量计算与模拟分析的趋势较为吻合,而模拟分析能够进一步分析门架同时承受侧向力条件下的变形量,更符合叉车实际工作状况。It is an important component of the forklift truck mast.The selection of the steel structure is related to the overall layout of the truck mast,and the selection of other parts such as supporting rollers,chains and hydraulic cylinders will ultimately affect the lifting performance of the forklift truck mast and the stability of the whole vehicle.For several types of profile steel and profile steel combinations commonly used in forklift truck mast,a comprehensive comparative analysis is made from the aspects of load capacity,cost,front suspension distance of the whole vehicle and truck mast layout.Taking the third-class truck mast as an example,under the same working conditions,a truck mast deformation calculation method is used to calculate three commonly used truck mast steel combinations,and one of them is also used for simulation analysis.The results show that the calculation of truck mast deformation is in good agreement with the trend of simulation analysis,and simulation analysis can further analyze the deformation of truck mast under the condition of lateral force,which is more in line with the actual working condition of forklift truck.
