摘　　要：目的:观察755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗炎症后色素沉着(Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation,PIH)的临床治疗效果并总结经验。方法:选取24例炎症后色素沉着患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组12例。治疗组采用皮秒激光和微针导入谷胱甘肽等药物组合治疗,对照组仅采用皮秒激光治疗,两组均为每个月治疗1次,共治疗4次,治疗结束后对两组疗效及不良反应情况进行评估。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为100.00%和75.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后无不良反应,对照组有1例短暂性色素沉着加重,其他无不良反应。结论:皮秒激光联合微针导入谷胱甘肽等药物治疗炎症后色素沉着较单用皮秒激光有明显优势,疗效显著,适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of 755nm pico-second laser combined with glutathione by microneedle therapy on treating postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Methods 24 cases of patients with postinflammatory hyperpigmentation divided into the treatment group and the control group.12 cases were treated by pico-second laser combined with glutathione by micro-needle therapy for treatment group and 12 cases were only treated by pico-second laser.The patients were treated by every month.The curative effect was judged after the end of four times. There was one case of transient hyperpigmentation after laser treatment in the control group, and no adverse reactions occurred in other patients in the control group and the treatment group. Results The total effective rate was 100.00% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group.The two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical observation have more advantage using pico-second laser combined with glutathione by micro-needle therapy than single using pico-second laser for treatment of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.The treatment is security and is worth promoting.
