光固化纳米树脂在前牙美学修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究光固化纳米树脂在前牙美学修复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者医院2018年1月-2020年12月收治的80例行前牙美学修复的患者为研究对象,抛硬币法随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行光固化复合树脂修复,观察组采用光固化纳米树脂修复。比较两组临床效果及美观满意度,分析两组治疗前后牙周指数[牙周探诊深度(Probing depth,PD)、菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、牙龈出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)]及视觉模拟评分量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、生活质量量表(Quality of life,QOL)变化,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组美观满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的81.57%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PD、PLI、SBI指数较治疗前降低,且观察组治疗后PD、PLI、SBI指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),QOL评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.68%,低于对照组的31.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光固化纳米树脂用于前牙美学修复,疗效确切,可减轻不良反应,改善口腔功能,有较高美学满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application value of light-curing nano-resin in patients with anterior teeth aesthetic restoration.Methods A total of 80 anterior dental restoration patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by coin flipping.The control group was repaired with light-curing composite resin,and the observation group was repaired with light-curing nanoresin.The clinical effects and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and periodontal index[plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(SBI),depth of probing(PD)]and visual analog scale(VAS)and life were analyzed before and after treatment.The quality scale(QOL)changes to compare the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total ef fective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 81.57%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PD,PLI,and SBI indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the PD,PLI,and SBI indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the QOL score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the QOL score was higher than the control Group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.68%,which was lower than 31.42%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion UV curable nano resin used in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth has defi nite curative ef fect,reduces adverse reactions,improves oral function,has high aesthetic satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
