摘　　要：从自体脂肪移植技术开展至今,经历了从块状脂肪到颗粒脂肪,从Coleman脂肪到纳米脂肪(Nanofat)、脂肪胶(Stromal vascular fraction-gel,SVF-gel),从移植技术的不断改良到细胞辅助移植技术的出现,再到对细胞辅助脂肪移植技术的不断探索,虽然在基础研究和临床应用方面已经取得了不少成就和经验,但自体脂肪移植技术仍然处于一个发展和完善的阶段。本文就自体脂肪的衍生物辅助Coleman脂肪移植的研究现状进行综述。Since the development of autologous fat transplantation technology,it has experienced from block fat to granular fat,from Coleman fat to Nanofat,SVF-gel,from continuous improvement of transplantation technology to the emergence of cell-assisted transplantation technology,and then to cell-assisted fat.The continuous exploration of transplantation technology,although a lot of achievements and experience have been made in basic research and clinical application,the autologous fat transplantation technology is still in a stage of development and improvement.This article reviews the development status of autologous fat derivatives assisted Coleman fat transplantation.
