摘 要:考虑周向短弹簧双质量飞轮(dual mass flywheel,DMF)中的弹簧座与次级飞轮存在的间隙,基于Winkler弹性基础模型推导了弹簧座与次级飞轮接触刚度,并构建了转矩滞回变化数学模型。为分析汽车启动和正常行驶时DMF冲击特性和动态响应,建立了搭载DMF的汽车传动系统非线性动力学分析模型。分析结果表明:由于存在间隙,在发动机启动阶段,弹簧座与次级飞轮之间存在冲击,其接触产生的转矩和减振弹簧传递的转矩有很大波动;提高摩擦转矩有利于缓解间隙引起的冲击;经过DMF减振后,行驶过程中的次级飞轮振幅比初级飞轮明显减小,DMF传递的转矩局部存在跳跃变化并且有一定的滞后性。Considering the clearance between the spring seats and the secondary flywheel in a circumferential short spring dual mass flywheel(DMF),the contact stiffness between the spring seats and the secondary flywheel was deduced based on the Winkler elastic basic model,and themathematical model of the torque hysteresis variationof the DMFwasdescribed.To analysis the shock characteristics and dynamic response of the DMF during vehicle starting and normal driving,the nonlinear dynamic analysis model of a vehicle transmission system with the DMFwas established.The analysis results show that there is a shock between the spring seats and secondary flywheel because of the clearance in starting period,and the torque produced by contact and the transmittedtorque of the damping spring fluctuates greatly.Increasing the friction torque is helpful to alleviate the shock caused by the clearance of DMF.The vibration amplitude of the secondary flywheel is significantly lower than that of the primary flywheel after damping by the DMFduring driving.Besides,the torque transmitted by DMF has a partial jump changewhich has a certain lag.
