摘　　要：静脉畸形(venous malformations, VM)是先天性脉管畸形中最常见的类型,目前发病机制尚未完全阐明,治疗方法尚不成熟。动物模型在VM病理机制及治疗方法的研究中发挥了至关重要的作用。本文综述了VM基本发病机制及国内外VM动物模型研究现状,阐述了几种常见模型构建方法及结果,同时探讨了模型的优缺点,以期为研究者选用和建立实验动物模型提供参考。Venous malformations(VM) are the most common type of congenital vascular malformations. At present, their pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated, and treatment strategies are not yet mature. Animal models play important roles in the study of the pathological mechanisms and treatment of VM. This paper summarizes the basic pathogenesis of VM and the research status of VM animal models at home and abroad, expounds several common model construction method and result, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the models to provide a reference for researchers when selecting and establishing experimental animal models.
