摘 要:目的:探讨组织新型快速脱水试剂对病理制片及切片染色效果的影响。方法:随机选取2021年2月至2022年1月广州医科大学附属第一医院病理科的冰冻标本共40例,每例标本取两份,分别为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=40)。对照组标本进行常规脱水处理,实验组采用组织新型快速脱水试剂处理,两组标本脱水完成后均进行常规的切片染色工作,将两组标本的脱水时间、HE染片效果、组化结果、特殊染色结果及分子检测结果进行比较。结果:实验组脱水时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组HE染色效果、IHC、特殊染色结果及FISH检测效果与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:组织新型快速脱水试剂具有操作流程少、时间短等优点,其组织切片染色效果与常规脱水效果具有可比性,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the usefulness of a novel reagent for rapid tissue dehydration in preparation and staining of pathological sections.Methods:A total of 40 frozen specimens stored at Department of Pathology,First Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University between February 2021 and January 2022 were randomly selected.Two samples were taken from each tissue specimen and split into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The samples in the control group were processed with conventional dehydration,while those in the study group were processed with the novel rapid⁃dehydrating reagent.After the completion of dehydration,the both groups were subjected to conventional sectioning and staining.The dehydration time,HE staining,immunohistochemistry(IHC),special staining and molecular testing of the samples were compared between groups.Results:The dehydration time was shorter in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in HE staining,IHC,special staining and FISH assay when comparing the study group with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The novel rapid⁃dehydrating reagent for tissues shows advantages in less processing and shorter time while offering comparable staining effects with conventional dehydration,and thus warrants widespread use for clinical purpose.
