摘 要:本文使用韧性量表对606名在校大学生心理韧性水平进行调查研究。结果发现:贫困大学生的心理韧性总体水平和各维度水平虽低于非贫困生,但均处于中等偏上;男贫困大学生在心理韧性总体水平、韧性维度、自强维度得分显著高于女生;贫困大学生心理韧性在年级等人口学变量上差异不显著。基于积极心理学视角,高校可以通过培养贫困大学生积极的心理认知、激发韧性品质和建立良好的外部支持系统等途径来提升其心理韧性水平。This paper uses the resilience to investigate the resilience level of 606 college students.The results showed that:(1)the overall level and dimensions of resilience of impoverished college students were lower than those of non-poor students,but they were all in the upper middle range;(2)poor male college students scored significantly in the overall level of resilience,resilience dimension and self-improvement dimension.higher than that of female students;(3)There is no significant difference in the psychological resilience of poor college students in demographic variables such as grade.Based on the perspective of positive psychology,colleges can improve the level of psychological resilience of poor college students by cultivating positive psychological cognition,stimulating resilience and establishing a good external support system.
