摘　　要：作为支撑经济高质量发展的核心底座,数字新基建对战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新产生重要影响。本文在理论层面系统梳理数字新基建影响战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新的内在机理;采用2013~2020年中国城市面板数据实证检验了具体作用效果与影响机制。研究结果显示:数字新基建有效推动战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新水平提升,结论在经内生性检验后仍成立。影响机制检验表明,数字新基建能通过促进知识共享与增加绿色金融扶持等途径推动战略性新兴产业绿色技术创新水平提升。因此,应构建集群式数字新基建格局、采取差别化数字新基建战略、探索数字新基建驱动战略性新兴产业的多维路径,不断拓展数字新基建与战略性新兴产业及其技术创新融合的广度。As the core base supporting high-quality economic development, new digital infrastructure has an important impact on green technology innovation in strategic emerging industries.Firstly, systematically sorting out the internal mechanism of digital new infrastructure on green technology innovation of strategic emerging industries at the theoretical level;secondly, empirically testing the specific effect and impact mechanism using panel data of Chinese cities from 2013 to 2020.The research results show that: the digital new infrastructure effectively promotes the green technology innovation of strategic emerging industries, and the conclusion is still established after the endogenous test;knowledge sharing and green finance are the intermediary channels for the digital new infrastructure to influence the green technology innovation of strategic emerging industries.The impact mechanism test shows that the new digital infrastructure can promote the level of green technology innovation in strategic emerging industries by promoting knowledge sharing and increasing green financial support.Therefore, it is necessary to build a cluster-type new digital infrastructure structure, adopt a differentiated digital new infrastructure strategy, explore a multi-dimensional path for digital new infrastructure to drive strategic emerging industries, so as to continue to expand the breadth of the integration of new digital infrastructure and strategic emerging industries and its technological innovations.
