胃炎汤、西药联合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性萎缩性胃炎患者接受胃炎汤与西药联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月济南市第五人民医院收治的100例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照单双号分组的原则将其均分为两组,各50例。对照组接受西药常规治疗,观察组接受胃炎汤与西药联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后呕吐清水/泛酸评分(0.42±0.11)分、胃脘痛评分(0.50±0.14)分、大便溏稀评分(0.45±0.14)分、嗳气/胀满评分(0.50±0.12)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.811、10.893、10.809、18.125,P<0.05);食欲下降改善时间(8.51±1.54)d、胀气改善时间(6.32±1.49)d、体质量下降改善时间(10.24±2.81)d、上腹部隐痛改善时间(11.24±1.65)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.340、6.664、8.892、5.940,P<0.05);临床总疗效96.00%、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率94.00%均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060、4.332,P<0.05)。结论运用胃炎汤与西药联合治疗的方式可以显著提升幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效,对改善其临床症状具有诸多积极作用,适合普及使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive atrophic gastritis treated with the combination of gastritis soup and western medicine.Methods A total of 100 patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive atrophic gastritis admitted to Jinan Fifth People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd-even numbering principle,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment with western medicine,and the observation group received gastritis decoction combined with western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the vomiting clear water/pantopanic acid score(0.42±0.11)points,epigastric pain score(0.50±0.14)points,loose stool score(0.45±0.14)points and belching/fullness score(0.50±0.12)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=15.811,10.893,10.809,18.125,P<0.05).The improvement time of appetite loss(8.51±1.54)d,flatulence(6.32±1.49)d,body weight loss(10.24±2.81)d,upper abdominal pain(11.24±1.65)d were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.340,6.664,8.892,5.940,P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy was 96.00%,the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)was 94.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of gastritis soup in combination with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)-positive atrophic gastritis,and has many positive effects on improving their clinical symptoms,so it is suitable for universal use.
