摘 要:汽车噪声、振动、平顺性(NVH)是决定汽车品质的关键性能,是乘客对汽车舒适性要求的具体表现,是汽车研发人员重点研究和解决的性能指标。本文对某车型在怠速工况下的方向盘和车身抖动进行了原因分析,并使用有限元分析软件进行模拟分析,找到了抖动发生的根本原因是电子扇隔振不足。对解决方案进行多次探索,经过分析和对比最终确定实施方案,并经实车验证。结果表明:方向盘振动X向降低了1/2,Z向降低了0.2~0.8 m/s^(2),提升了整车NVH性能。Automobile noise,vibration and harshness(NVH)performance is the key performance that determines the quality of automobile,the specific performance of passenger’s requirement for automobile comfort,and the key performance index for automobile R&D personnel to study and solve.The reasons of the steering wheel and body jitter of a certain vehicle under idling conditions were analyzed,and the finite element analysis software was used for simulation analysis.It is found that the root cause of the jitter is the insufficient vibration isolation of the electronic fan.The solution was explored for many times,and the implementation scheme was finally determined after analysis and comparison,which was verified by real vehicles.The results show that the steering wheel vibration decreases by 1/2 in X direction and 0.2~0.8 m/s^(2) in Z direction,which improves the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.
