抗疫精神融入医学生医德与医学人文精神培养的实践与成效

摘　　要：我国人民在抗击新冠肺炎中形成了“生命至上、举国同心、舍生忘死、尊重科学、命运与共”的伟大抗疫精神,它与爱国主义精神及医师职业精神“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”高度契合。实践证明,运用抗疫精神对医学生进行爱国主义、医德与医学人文教育,有助于树立其正确的人生观、价值观,有助于培育其医师职业精神、科学精神、团结协作精神,增强民族自豪感和专业认同感,取得较好的教育效果。建议医学院校以抗疫故事和抗疫精神题材,对医学生进行爱国主义和医师职业精神的熏陶,培养出更多具有家国情怀、担当精神、有良好医德和人文关怀能力的好医生。In the fight against COVID-19,Chinese people have formed the great anti-epidemic spirit of"putting life first,the whole nation is of one mind,sacrificing one’s own life,respecting science,and sharing a common destiny",which is highly consistent with the patriotic spirit and the professional spirit of doctorsof"respecting life,healing the wounded and rescuingthe dying,being willing to sacrifice,loving boundlessly".Practice has proved that using anti-epidemic spirit to educate medical students in patriotism,medical ethics and medical humanities is helpful to establish their correct outlook on life and values,cultivate their professional spirit,scientific spirit,spirit of unity and cooperation,enhance their national pride and professional identity,and achieve better educational results.It is suggested that medical colleges and universities should use anti-epidemic stories and anti-epidemic spirit to nurture medical students with patriotism and professional spirit,so as to cultivate more good doctors with the spirit of family and responsibility,good medical ethics and humanistic care.
