摘  要:苏州作为全国制造业体系最完备的城市之一,机电类人才培养面向的高端装备制造是一个千亿级规模的先进制造业集群。目前,机电类专业建设中存在“人—课程—平台”系统性不强,学生能力发展体验无层次感及产教融合深度不足的三个主要问题。该研究以学生能力培养为本位,依据“专业交叉、平台共享、聚焦卓越”建设思路,通过融通“人—课程—工程平台”三个基本要素,打造非并行、分布式学生多能力体验链,对于全面加强校企深度融合,进一步夯实机电类托底、核心、特色能力培养以满足苏州地区高端装备制造业对应用型机电类人才迫切需求具有重要意义。As one of the most well-established manufacturing cities in China,Suzhou’s high-end equipment manufacturing is a100 billion advanced manufacturing cluster,which provides a complete industrial foundation and potential huge talent demand for the cultivation of electromechanical talents.At present,there are three major problems in the construction of electromechanical professions:the less systemic nature of"people-curriculum-platform",the inconspicuous sense of layered experience in students’ability development,and the lack of depth of integration between industry and education.Based on the idea of"interdisciplinary,shared platform and focused excellence",this study aims to build a non-parallel and distributed multi-competency experience chain for students by integrating the three basic elements of human,curriculum,and the engineering platform.In order to meet the urgent demand for applied electromechanical talent in Suzhou,the proposed talent cultivation mode could build a comprehensive school-enterprise deep integration,and further consolidate the electromechanical underpinning,core,characteristic ability in the training of electro-mechanical talent.
