摘　　要：随着万物互联时代的到来,互联网应用在工业生产领域加速拓展和延伸,与工业控制系统相关的多个行业也得到了极大发展,特别是在5G普及的今天,一大批以智慧油气田、智慧管网、智慧能源等为代表的新场景、新互联的涌现,使油气行业的生产作业方式、数据采集方式、安全管理方式等发生巨大变化。与此同时,越来越多的工业控制网络和信息网络连接在一起,工业控制系统及工业生产数据与管理网的传输安全风险与日俱增,当前亟须解决工业控制系统在物理隔离的同时又能实现生产数据安全单向上传的问题。因此,本文研究提出了一种使用单向光信号技术解决工业控制系统数据采集安全问题,以满足众多流程化工业控制系统和离散化工业控制系统相关企业场景,为安全生产保驾护航。With the advent of the era of interconnection of everything,the Internet application has accelerated its expansion and extension in the field of industrial production,and the industry related to industrial control systems has also been greatly developed,especially in today’s popularization of 5G,a large number of new scenarios and new interconnections represented by smart oil and gas fields,smart pipe networks,smart energy,etc.have emerged,making the production and operation methods,data collection methods,safety management methods,etc.usher in earth shaking changes.At the same time,more and more industrial control networks and information networks are connected together,and the transmission security risks of industrial control systems and industrial production data and management networks are increasing day by day.However,the current security products on the market can not solve the problem of maintaining the physical isolation of the industrial control system and ensuring the one-way upload of production data.Therefore,this paper proposes a method to solve the data acquisition safety problem of industrial control system by using one-way optical signal non feedback technology,which can meet the requirements of many enterprise scenarios related to process industrial control systems and discrete industrial control systems,and protect the safety of production.
