摘　　要：“免疫学基础与病原生物学”是基础理论知识联系临床实践的桥梁课程,着重培养学生在临床中处理感染性疾病的能力。其中实验教学是教学的重要部分,深化实验教学改革、提高实验教学质量对于提升教学质量有着关键作用。因此,“免疫学基础与病原生物学”课程实验教学改革的切入点应是不断促进实验内容与临床案例分析及临床标本处理等的紧密结合,以此提高学生的临床思维和实践操作技能。以湖南中医药大学病原免疫实验室基于临床标本致病菌分离鉴定综合实验开展“免疫学基础与病原生物学”实验教学改革为例,探讨如何突破传统的实验教学体系,构建与临床紧密联系的综合性实验教学体系。Immunology Foundation and Pathogen Biology is a bridge course linking basic theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,focusing on cultivating students’ability to deal with infectious diseases in clinical practice.Among them,experimental teaching is an important part of its teaching.Deepening the reform of experimental teaching and improving the quality of experimental teaching play a key role in improving the quality of teaching.Therefore,the breakthrough point of the experimental teaching reform of the course“Immunology Fundamentals and Pathogen Biology”should be to constantly promote the close combination of experimental content,clinical case analysis and clinical specimen processing,so as to improve students’clinical thinking and practical operation skills.Taking the experimental teaching reform of“Immunology Fundamentals and Pathogen Biology”carried out by the pathogenic immune laboratory of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine based on the comprehensive experiment of pathogenic bacteria isolation and identification of clinical specimens as an example,this paper discusses how to break through the traditional experimental teaching system and build a comprehensive experimental teaching system closely related to clinical practice.
