摘　　要：机组资源管理是提高飞行训练质量、实施飞行安全管理和保证飞行安全的有效手段。为更有效地发挥“机组资源管理”课程对机组资源管理训练工作的支撑作用,必须进一步提升“机组资源管理”课程建设质量。以部队飞行安全工作实际需求为出发点,结合教学实践经验,探讨“机组资源管理”课程的建设目标、内容体系构建、教材编写及教学组织实施等相关做法,提出课程建设下一步努力的三个方向。Crew resource management(CRM)is an effective means to improve the flight training quality and flight safety management.In order to give more effective play to the supporting role of the Crew Resource Management course in crew resource management training,we must further improve the quality of the Crew Resource Management course construction.Based on the actual requirements of flight safety work in the army,combined with teaching experience,this paper discusses the construction objectives,content system construction,textbook compilation,teaching organization and implementation of the Crew Resource Management course,and puts forward three directions for the next step of curriculum construction.
