摘 要:以某重载铁路常见跨度桥梁大机捣固清筛施工为背景,基于理论分析和现场试验检测相结合的方法,在清筛前后进行试验检测,开展机械清筛对重载铁路简支T梁运营性能影响规律研究。结果表明:采用机械清筛后,道床板结、脏污情况明显改善且整体稳定性得到一定程度提升,桥跨结构横向振幅、竖向振幅、横向加速度、竖向加速度以及墩顶横向振幅等运营性能指标明显改善,而桥跨结构跨中动挠度、动应变和相应动力系数的变化则不明显。This paper takes the tamping and screening construction of a common span bridge of heavy haul railway as an example and combines theoretical analysis with field test detection to study the influence of mechanical cleaning screening on the operational performance of simply supported T-shaped girder of heavy haul railway after performing the test detection before and after screening,The results show that,after mechanical cleaning screening,the slab and dirt condition of track bed are obviously improved and the overall stability is improved.The operational performance indicators of bridge span structure such as lateral amplitude,vertical amplitude,lateral acceleration,vertical acceleration and pier top lateral amplitude are significantly improved,while the changes of dynamic deflection,dynamic strain and coresponding dynamic coeficient of bridge span structure are not obvious.
