摘  要:目的明确新入职护士对死亡教育的需求,为对其开展死亡教育提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究方法,对12名新入职护士进行半结构式访谈。采用主题分析法进行归纳分析、提取主题。结果提炼出3个主题:死亡教育知识的需求、死亡教育技能多样化的需求、提高自我关怀能力的需求。结论新入职护士死亡理论知识、技能不足,不能满足临床实践需要。建议医学院校开展系统化的死亡教育课程,医院开展多种形式的死亡教育,有针对性地提升护士沟通技巧培训,重视经历过患者死亡事件的护士的身心健康。Objective To identify the needs of new recruit nurses for death education and provide a theoretical basis for conducting death education for them.Methods Qualitative study method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 new recruit nurses.The thematic analysis method was used for inductive analysis and extraction of themes.Results Three themes were extracted:the need for death education knowledge,the need for diversification of death education skills,and the need to improve self-care skills.Conclusion New recruit nurses have insufficient theoretical death knowledge and skills to meet the needs of clinical practice.It is suggested that medical schools should carry out systematic death education courses,hospitals should carry out various forms of death education and targeted training to improve nurses’communication skills,and pay attention to the physical and mental health of nurses who have experienced patients’deaths.
