中外文化交流视野下的潮州历史文化价值研究——以笔架山摩羯鱼壶为个案的考察

摘　　要：笔架山潮州窑是宋代广东三大窑址之一,也是粤东地区重要的瓷器外销场之一。该窑址位于潮州韩江下游,临近多处瓷土采集地,并以“海丝之路”为跳板,远销马来西亚、新加坡、印度尼西亚和菲律宾等东南亚国家。这些瓷器造型独特、制作精良,尤其是嵌入中外文化元素的摩羯鱼壶,为古印度佛教文化和中国本土鱼龙文化的结晶。同时,摩羯鱼壶也是潮州和东南亚文化相互交流、民心相通的情缘缔造者。近年来,笔架山潮州窑稳抓潮州文化“走出去”的契机,向世界展示其重要的历史文化价值和现实意义。因此,该文以笔架山摩羯鱼壶为中心,科学探讨其艺术和社会文化价值,以加深大众对潮州文化的理解,为当代潮州发展提供新思路。Chaozhou kiln in Bijia Mountain is one of the three major kilns in the Song Dynasty in Guangdong Province,and it is also one of the important export markets of porcelain in eastern Guangdong.The kiln site is located in the lower reaches of Hanjiang River in Chaozhou,close to many porcelain clay collection sites,and is sold to Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia,Singapore,Indonesia and the Philippines using the Silk Road as a springboard.These porcelains are unique in shape and well made,especially the Capricorn fish pot embedded with Chinese and foreign cultural elements,which is the crystallization of ancient Indian Buddhist culture and Chinese native fish dragon culture.At the same time,Capricorn fish pot is also the founder of mutual cultural exchanges and common feelings between Chaozhou and Southeast Asia.In recent years,Chaozhou kiln in Bijia Mountain has steadily grasped the opportunity of"going out"of Chaozhou culture and demonstrated its important historical and cultural value and practical significance to the world.Therefore,this article takes Bijia Mountain Capricorn fish pot as the center to scientifically explore its artistic and social cultural values,so as to deepen the public's understanding of Chaozhou culture and provide new ideas for the development of contemporary Chaozhou.
