摘　　要：以高校学报的发展和现状为基础,针对高校学报如何准确定位,谋求创新发展,文章从综合性学报专业化转型展开探讨,从校企合作的实践中总结经验,探索科技期刊服务企业创新发展的路径,提出了高校学报需要加强的能力要素以更好地服务企业创新发展。Based on the history and current situation of college journals,this paper aims to seek an accurate positioning to achieve innovative development.It starts with a discussion of the transformation of comprehensive journals into specialization,summarizes gains from school-enterprise cooperation,explores the way sci-tech journals serve the innovative development of enterprises and proposes the capabilities college journals need to strengthen.
