全民健身背景下城市综合体休闲体育空间的价值及其功能组合特征探讨

摘　　要：随着我国体育产业的迅猛发展和全民健身运动的兴起,市民对于体育健身的需求日益提高。城市综合体与休闲体育空间的复合,能创造更多的活动场地,营造良好舒适的空间环境,满足全民健身的需求。该文运用案例分析法研究国内外城市综合体对我国的启示。具体讨论了休闲体育空间对于城市综合体的价值提升及其融入下的功能组合特征:其价值在于提升城市综合体的公共服务能力、拉动空间效益、拓展生存和发展能力;总结归纳了因地制宜的体育业态配置、融合协调性的统筹组合、重视竖向层叠的业态布局三大功能组合特征。With the rapid development of China’s sports industry and the rise of the national fitness movement,the public’s demand for physical fitness is increasing day by day.The combination of urban complex and leisure sports space can create more activity venues,construct a comfortable space,and meet the needs of national fitness.Using case analysis we study the enlightenment of urban complexes both at home and abroad.The value enhancement and the functional combination characteristics of integrating leisure sports space into urban complex are discussed in detail.The value lies in enhancing the public service ability of urban complex,driving spatial benefits,expanding survival and development ability.Then we summarize three functional combination characteristics of sports business configuration according to local conditions,overall planning of integration and coordination,and paying attention to vertical layering of business layout.
