摘　　要：一个民族的民俗,反映一个民族的经济、政治和文化。早在《史记》中就有“百里不同风,千里不同俗”的记载。土家族是我国56个民族大家庭中的一员,是一个历史悠久的民族,土家族语言主要分布在湘鄂川黔四省边境地区。这里民风淳朴,民俗优良,是我国少数民族优秀传统道德文化的肇兴之地。土家族在长期发展过程中创造了丰富且优秀的德育思想和民族智慧,已经深深积淀在其民族心理、民族性格和思维方式中。该文分析了土家族民俗文化中蕴含的丰富、亲切、深入人心的道德资源,并探索如何开发利用这些资源,为现代德育教育提供鲜活、生动的素材,助力实现以文化人的德育目标。The folk customs of an ethnic group reflect its economy, politics and culture. As early as in Historical Records,it was recorded that the customs are different for hundreds or thousands of miles. Tujia is a member of 56 ethnic groups in China. It has a long history and ethnic language. It is mainly distributed in the border areas of Hunan, Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou provinces. Here, with simple folk customs and fine folk customs, is the birthplace of the excellent traditional moral culture of China’s ethnic minorities. Tujia has created a lot of rich and excellent moral education ideas and ethnic wisdom in the long-term development process, which has been deeply accumulated in their ethnic psychology, ethnic character and mode of thinking. This paper analyzes the rich, kind and deeply rooted moral resources contained in Tujia folk culture, and explores how to develop and utilize these resources to provide fresh and vivid materials for modern moral education and help realize the goal of moral education based on cultural people.
