丁苯酞联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病所致非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察丁苯酞联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病(CSVD)所致非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍(VCIND)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年1月该院收治的90例CSVD所致VCIND患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo-CA)评分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组Mo-CA、MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗CSVD所致VCIND患者,可提高治疗总有效率、Mo-CA评分和MMSE评分,降低不良反应发生率,优于单纯多奈哌齐治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Butylphthalide combined with Donepezil in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCIND)caused by cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with VCIND caused by CSVD admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to January 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Donepezil,while the observation group was treated with Butylphthalide combined with Donepezil.The Montreal cognitive assessment(Mo-CA)score,the mini mental state scale(MMSE)score,the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the Mo-CA and MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 24.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with Donepezil in the treatment of the VCIND patients caused by CSVD can improve the total effective rate,the Mo-CA score and the MMSE score,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single Donepezil treatment.
