信息激励对垃圾分类意愿的影响研究

摘　　要：为提高资源利用和促进环境保护,中国自2019年起开始全面实施垃圾分类政策,从目前实际效果来看,垃圾分类实施仍存在一定缺陷,信息激励对垃圾分类推广至关重要。基于“刺激-机体-反应”模型和扩展平行过程模型,建立信息激励对居民垃圾分类意愿影响的模型,通过将信息按来源主体不同划分,探讨不同信息激励对垃圾分类意愿的影响及作用机制。通过构建结构方程模型对500余份问卷进行数据分析,发现官方和非官方信息激励均能直接影响居民垃圾分类意愿,感知威胁和感知效能在信息激励和垃圾分类意愿中起到中介作用。此外还发现,相比于官方信息激励,非官方信息激励对居民的感知威胁和感知效能影响程度更大,更能促进居民的垃圾分类意愿。China has started to comprehensively implement garbage classification policies since 2019 in order to improve resource utilization and promote environmental protection.Judging from the current actual results,there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of garbage classification.Information incentives are essential to garbage classification promotion.Based on the SOR model and the EPPM model,this study establishes a model of the influence of information incentives on the residents'willingness to garbage classification.This study divides the information into different sources,and explores the effects and mechanisms of different information incentives on the willingness to garbage classification.By constructing a structural equation model for data analysis,the research finds that both official and unofficial information incentives can directly affect the residents'willingness to garbage classification,perceived threat and perceived efficacy play a mediating role in information incentives and garbage classification intention.Additionally,the research results show that compared with official information incentives,unofficial information incentives have a greater impact on perceived threat and perceived effectiveness,and can more effectively promote residents’garbage classification intention.
