摘  要:针对现有大工件尺寸测量方法速度慢、精度低的问题,提出了一种基于自动飞行的大工件平面尺寸测量方法。先通过形状分解对测量工件进行自动飞行路径规划,再利用双远心镜头进行图像采集,然后采用过零点特征轮廓提取、参数拟合实现大工件平面尺寸测量。对多个大尺寸工件进行测量实验,结果表明:论文方法在216mm×236mm测量范围内平面误差在0.05mm以内,所提出的方法具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性,可以满足大尺寸工件的测量需求。The existing size measurements of large workpieces have drawbacks of slow speed,low-precision. A method for measuring the planar size of large workpieces based on automatic flight is proposed. Firstly,the automatic flight path planning of the measured workpiece is carried out through shape decomposition,and the image is collected by the double telecentric lens. Then the planar size measurement of the workpiece is realized through the feature contour extraction of zero-crossing point and parameter fitting. Measurement experiments on multiple large-sized workpieces are carried out. The results show that the plane error of the method in this paper is within 0.05mm within the measurement range of 216mm×236mm. The proposed method has strong adaptability and robustness,and can meet the measurement requirements of large-sized workpieces.
