摘　　要：父母学习是指父母为提升家庭教育素质而引发的自主学习,其理应受到重视。利用成人转化学习理论的视角关照,研究构建出父母学习的优化样态,并结合当下父母学习条件资源设计父母学习可行的促进方案具有重要意义。Parental learning refers to the self-directed learning caused by parents to improve the quality of family education,which should be paid attention to.So,what is the current state of parental learning?The thesis takes this as a starting point and finds that there are many problems in parental learning.Using the perspective of adult transformative learning theory,the study constructs the possible modes of parental learning.Finally,combined with the current parental learning conditions and resources,it points out the promotion plan for parents′learning behavior.
