高校辅导员制度:变迁、反思与展望

摘　　要：辅导员制度的变迁大致经历了五个阶段:在军校确立政治指导员的萌芽时期;在高校确立政治辅导员的成型时期;辅导员走向职业化的稳步成长时期;辅导员走向专业化的加速成长时期;当下的内涵式发展时期。回顾变迁历程并对照当下实际,辅导员尚处于高校格局中的弱势地位,存在重管理、轻教育的片面价值取向,辅导员发展对学生变化呈现被动适应状态。展望未来,首先要在制度价值观层面扭转“强管弱教”的价值取向,为辅导员专业发展提供方向引领;其次要在制度内容层面明确辅导员的工作边界,为辅导员专业发展提供环境条件;最后要在制度实施层面切实提升辅导员的地位和待遇,构建辅导员终身职业体系。The change of counselor system has roughly gone through five stages:The budding period of establishing political instructors in military academies;The formation period of establishing political counselors in Colleges and universities;The steady growth period of counselors towards professionalization;The accelerated growth period of counselors towards specialization;The current period of connotative development.Reviewing the changing process and comparing with the current reality,Counselors are still in a weak position in the interest pattern of colleges and universities;There is a one-sided value orientation that emphasizes management over education;The development of counselors shows a passive adaptation to the changes of students.Looking forward to the future,Firstly we should reverse the value orientation of"strong management and weak teaching"and provide a professional development for counselors in a right direction;Secondly we should set the working boundary and provide environmental conditions for counselors′professional development;Finally it is necessary to improve the status and treatment in a practical way and build a lifelong career system for counselors.
