摘　　要：目的建立区域多点触发传染病预警机制并应用于传染病监测。方法对不同来源的数据进行汇聚、交换,经过脱敏、治理、映射、融合等处理后,采用预测预警模型对特定传染病进行预警。结果本机制对症候群、特定传染病、聚集性疫情有一定预警作用,并对新冠肺炎疫情防控有指导意义。结论湖北省宜昌市多点触发传染病预警机制可为本地传染病疫情防控、流行病学调查、防控策略制定提供一定的科学依据。Objective To establish a multi-point trigger mechanism for early warning of infectious disease in Yichang city and apply it to infectious disease surveillance.Method Data from different sources were collected and exchanged,and after desensitization,governance,mapping,fusion,and other processing,the prediction and early warning model was adopted for early warning of specific infectious diseases.Results The system has a certain early warning effect on syndromes,specific infectious diseases and cluster outbreaks,and has guiding significance for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.Conclusion The multi-point trigger mechanism for early warning of infectious disease in Yichang city can provide a scientific basis for epidemiology investigation,the formulation of infectious disease prevention and control.
