摘  要:目的解决全预约模式下门诊服务遇到的问题,优化门诊流程,满足不同患者的就诊需求。方法通过互联网+医疗健康应用,提供多渠道预约模式,统一号源池,实现支付多样化,改造门诊自助系统等。结果实现了线下、线上的多渠道预约和多样化的支付形式,合理分流患者,避免就诊时间集中。结论利用信息化手段,实现非急诊患者“先预约、后就诊”的合理就诊流程,提升医疗服务水平。Objective Solve the problem encountered in the outpatient service under the full appointment mode,optimize the outpatient process,and meet the needs of different patients.Methods Through the "Internet plus medical health" applications,we provide multi-channel reservation mode,unified source pool,diversified payment,and transformed outpatient self-help system.Results It realizes the appointment of offline and online multiple channels,diversified payment forms,reasonably shunted patients to avoid the concentration of medical treatment time.Conclusion By means of information technology,we can realize the reasonable process of appointment treatment for non-emergency patients and improve the level of medical services.
