摘　　要：目的探索健康医疗大数据在临床研究应用时所需要的技术架构和软件功能,更好地整合临床数据与科研数据。方法综合利用自然语言处理、非关系型数据库、消息队列、搜索引擎等,采用临床研究数据仓库作为数据中台,采用“专科、专病、课题”三级数据库体系作为应用出口,实现临床研究数据的集成与应用。结果完成了临床研究大数据治理平台的建设。通过直接对接医院数据集成平台把当日新增临床数据自动集成到平台中,实现了5个示范性专科和9个专病数据的标准化,并形成了相应的专病队列。结论临床研究大数据治理平台实现了数据的集成、半自动化治理等,能够支撑临床数据与科研数据的整合与应用。Objective Explore the technical architecture and software functions required for the application of health care datain clinical research,and better integrate clinical data and research data.Methods The big data related technologies such as natural language processing,No SQL,message queue,and search engine were used.The clinical research data were integrated and utilized by the research data repository,which was used as the data center,extracted all related data from the hierarchical databases of departments,diseases and projects.Results The Big data governance platform for clinical research was constructed.By connecting with the hospital data integration platform,the newly added clinical data of the day was automatically integrated into the platform.The data of 5 demonstration specialties and 9 special diseases were standardized in this platform,and corresponding special disease cohorts were formed.Conclusion The clinical research platform of big data realized data aggregation and semi-automatic governance,and can support the integration and application of clinical data and research data.
