摘 要:以杨木为原料采用定向重组工艺制成重组木,并通过实木窗制造工艺制造重组木窗。探索了施胶量、密度和铺装方式对重组木刨削、铣削、钻削等机械加工性能影响,在此基础上,采用优化的工艺条件试制重组木窗,并对窗的气密性、水密性、抗风压、保温等性能进行评价。结果表明,杨木采用定向重组工艺加工成重组木,再按照实木窗制造工艺制成重组木窗是可行的,其生产设备与现有的实木窗生产设备基本匹配,杨木重组木窗综合性能优于铝包木窗;杨木加工成重组木后,刨削、铣削、钻削机械加工性能得到极大改善,不同的工艺对机械加工性能具有显著影响,重组木密度越大,机械加工性能更优,平行铺装试样的加工性能略优于随机铺装。With directional recombination process,poplar was used as raw material to make scrimber,which were used to make window with solid wood window manufacturing process.The authors conducted experiments on the effects of resin content,density and forming mode on the mechanical processing properties of window used poplar scrimber,also evaluated the air tightness,water tightness,wind pressure resistance and thermal insulation of the poplar scrimber window with optimized process conditions.The results showed that it was feasible to poplar scrimber window according to the manufacturing process and equipment of solid wood window.The comprehensive performance of poplar scrimber window was better than wood-aluminum composite windows.The planing,milling,and drilling properties of poplar scrimber were significantly improved.Different processes had a significant impact on the machining properties.Poplar scrimber had better machining properties as the density increased,the machining properties of parallel forming samples were better than the random forming samples.
