摘  要:为提高我国现有定向刨花板的物理力学性能,本研究将竹刨花与木刨花混合,制备了竹木复合定向刨花板。研究发现,竹材的加入对板材静曲强度增加较明显,并且随着密度的增加竹材的贡献率增加,但竹材的加入整体上对弹性模量、抗压强度和剪切强度影响不大。通过显微镜观测到胶黏剂能够很好地渗透入竹木细胞中,形成良好的胶合界面作用。In order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of oriented strand boards, the bamboo-wood composite oriented strand board were prepared. The results showed that the addition of bamboo could significantly increase the modulus of rupture of board. Obviously, the contribution rate of bamboo to modulus of rupture increased with the increase of board density, but the addition of bamboo had little effect on the elastic modulus, compressive strength and shear strength. It was observed by microscope that the adhesive could penetrate well into the bamboo and wood cells to form a good gluing interface.
