摘　　要：设计研制了一种定制化板式家具制造生产线,该生产线采用转运分配装置将开料工艺和封边工艺连接起来,可一次性自动连续完成多种尺寸板材的自动上料、贴标、智能转运、柔性封边、数控钻孔等加工,为板式家具企业实现大规模柔性定制生产提供了切实可行的装备保障。A customized panel furniture production line was designed and developed.The production line used the distribution device to connect the cutting process and the edge sealing process,which could automatically and continuously complete the automatic feeding,labeling,intelligent distribution,flexible edge sealing,CNC drilling,and other processing for various sizes panels at one time.It provided a feasible scheme for the large-scale flexible customized production of panel furniture enterprises.
