摘  要:针对低碳氮比废水往往因碳源不足而导致脱氮效果不佳的问题,以香茅/聚砜缓释碳源作为外加碳源,考察用SBR反应器对其进行脱氮处理时的最佳HRT,进水NO_(3)^(-)-N负荷及不同种类废水对脱氮效果的影响,选用MiSeq平台对SBR反应器中反应前后的污泥样品进行高通量测序,以确定微生物群落结构的变化。结果表明:当进水为合成废水,NO_(3)^(-)-N负荷维持在50 mg/L以下,投加120 g缓释碳源时,SBR反应器的最佳HRT为12 h,此时NO_(3)^(-)-N去除率维持在80%以上,出水COD稳定在50 mg/L以下,满足《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2016)排放要求。对于实际废水的处理,在最佳运行条件HRT为12 h、投加120 g缓释碳源的情况下,NO_(3)^(-)-N去除率达到84.1%;由于实际废水含有一定量的碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质等有机物,导致出水COD略微上升至60 mg/L。高通量测序结果显示,投加缓释碳源强化了反硝化过程,反硝化菌丰度增加,群落结构更加丰富。To address the problem that low carbon to nitrogen ratio wastewater often has poor denitrification due to insufficient carbon source,the citronella/polysulfone slow-release carbon source was used as an additional carbon source.The optimal HRT,influences of NO_(3)^(-)loading and types of wastewater on the denitrification effect when used in SBR were investigated.The MiSeq platform was used to perform high-throughput sequencing of sludge samples before and after the reaction in SBR to determine the changes in microbial community structure.The results showed that when the influent NO_(3)^(-)was maintained below 50 mg/L and 120 g of slow-release carbon source was injected,the optimal HRT of SBR was 12 h.At this time,the NO_(3)^(-)removal rate was maintained above 80%,and the effluent COD was below50 mg/L,which met the discharge standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2016).For the treatment of actual wastewater,the NO_(3)^(-)removal rate reached 84.1%under the optimal operation condition of HRT of 12 h and the injection of 120 g of slow-release carbon source.The actual wastewater contained a certain amount of organic matter such as carbohydrates,fats and proteins,resulting in a slight increase in effluent COD to 60 mg/L.The high-throughput sequencing results showed that the injection of the slow-release carbon source enhanced the denitrification process,and the abundance of denitrifying bacteria increased and the community structure enriched.
