摘　　要：本文阐述了我国传统主食文化和发展历史,分析了传统主食工业化发展的必要性和生产现状,梳理了我国传统主食工业化发展存在的问题,并提出了发展建议,以期为我国传统主食工业化发展提供参考。This paper expounded the traditional staple food culture and development history in China,analyzed the necessity and production status of the industrialization development of traditional staple food,combed out the problems existing in the industrialization of staple food in China,and put forward development suggestions,so as to provide reference for the industrialization of staple food in China.
