医护专业大学生心理资本与应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医护专业大学生心理资本和应对方式的关系。方法采用积极心理资本问卷(PPCQ)、应对方式问卷(CSQ),对随机抽取的某高等院校610名在校医护专业大学生进行自填式问卷调查,采用SPSS 23.0分析数据。结果回收有效问卷589份,女生心理资本总分(121.7±18.4)分高于男生(116.1±20.6)分(t=-3.06,P<0.01);医护专业大学生更多的采用解决问题、求助等积极的应对方式;应对方式与心理资本总分及乐观、希望、韧性存在相关(P<0.01)。结论医护生心理资本与应对方式有密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological capital and coping styles in medical and nursing undergraduate students.Methods By using the positive psychological capital qu-stionnaire(PPCQ)and coping style questionnaire(CSQ),a self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted on610 medical and nursing undergraduate students randomly sampled from a junior college.Statistical program for social sciences(SPSS)23.0 was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 589 valid questionnaires were returned.The femal students scored(121.7±18.4)significantly higher in psychological capital than the male students(116.1±20.6)(t=-3.06,P<0.01).The medical and nursing undergraduate students were more likely to hold a positive coping style such as problem-solving and help seeking.The coping styles were significantl correlated with the total psychological capital score,optimism,hope and resilience(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological capital is closely related to coping styles in medical and nursing undergraduate students.
