阿瑞匹坦联合托烷司琼对晚期肺癌顺铂化疗所致呕吐的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿瑞匹坦与托烷司琼对晚期肺癌顺铂化疗所致呕吐的治疗效果。方法90例晚期肺癌顺铂化疗所致呕吐患者,将编号打散后分为A组、B组及C组,各30例。A组通过阿瑞匹坦与托烷司琼进行干预,B组仅通过阿瑞匹坦进行干预,C组仅通过托烷司琼进行干预。比较三组患者急性呕吐、延迟性呕吐的治疗效果以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者急性呕吐的痊愈率为80.00%,总有效率为96.67%;B组患者急性呕吐的痊愈率为53.33%,总有效率为80.00%;C组患者急性呕吐的痊愈率为50.00%,总有效率为76.66%。A组患者急性呕吐的痊愈率、总有效率均高于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者延迟性呕吐的痊愈率为73.33%,总有效率为93.33%;B组患者延迟性呕吐的痊愈率为43.33%,总有效率为73.33%;C组患者延迟性呕吐的痊愈率为46.67%,总有效率为70.00%。A组患者延迟性呕吐的痊愈率、总有效率均高于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者头痛、头晕、口干、疲倦、过敏、便秘发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿瑞匹坦联合托烷司琼对晚期肺癌顺铂化疗所引起的呕吐症状有较好的医治效果,医治期间不易发生不安全事件,可以保障患者的健康安全,因此具备推广应用的价值。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of aprepitant combined with tropisetron in prevention of cisplatin induced vomiting in advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 90 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with cisplatin induced vomiting were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was intervened by aprepitant and tropisetron,group B was intervened by aprepitant only,and group C was intervened by only tropisetron.The therapeutic effects of acute vomiting and delayed vomiting,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared among the three groups.Results In group A,the cure rate of acute vomiting was 80.00%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;in group B,the cure rate of acute vomiting was 53.33%,and the total effective rate was 80.00%;in group C,the cure rate of acute vomiting was 50.00%,and the total effective rate was 76.66%.The cure rate and total effective rate of acute vomiting in group A were higher than those in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the cure rate of delayed vomiting was 73.33%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;in group B,the cure rate of delayed vomiting was 43.33%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%;in group C,the cure rate of delayed vomiting was 46.67%,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.The cure rate and total effective rate of delayed vomiting in group A were higher than those in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of headache,dizziness,dry mouth,fatigue,allergy and constipation among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aprepitant combined with tropisetron has a good therapeutic effect on vomiting symptoms caused by cisplatin chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer,and unsafe events are not easy to occur during treatment,which can ensure the health and safety of patients,so it has the value of popularization and application.
