脑出血后偏瘫患者实施康复锻炼指导的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究脑出血后偏瘫患者实施康复锻炼指导的价值。方法100例脑出血后偏瘫患者,采用单双号随机化法分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予康复锻炼指导护理。比较两组干预效果以及干预前后日常生活活动能力(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分。结果实验组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者ADL、FMA评分均高于干预前,且实验组患者ADL评分(78.50±8.69)分、FMA评分(65.44±7.32)分高于对照组的(60.33±7.52)、(53.60±8.57)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后偏瘫患者接受康复锻炼指导,可改善其神经功能缺损,提高患者日常生活能力以及运动功能,临床意义重大。Objective To investigate the value of rehabilitation exercise guidance in hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage were divided into experimental and control groups according to the single and double number randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received rehabilitation exercise guidance nursing.The intervention effect,activity of daily living(ADL)score and Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.00%in the experimental group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the ADL and FMA scores in both groups were higher than those before the intervention in this group;the ADL score(78.50±8.69)points and FMA score(65.44±7.32)points in the experimental group were higher than(60.33±7.52)and(53.60±8.57)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage receiving rehabilitation exercise guidance can promote the improvement of neurological deficit,improve their activities of daily living and motor function,which is of great significance.
