摘　　要：职业生涯规划课程作为高职院校毕业生科学有效选择就业方向的基础课程,对高职院校毕业生人才培养与未来就业效率影响重大。本文对宁夏高职学生职业生涯规划展开相关调研,从多角度分析了职业生涯规划课程对学生在就业方面的指导作用,并提出创新教学方式、组建高素质教师团队、多层次调整评价体系、合理设置职业生涯规划课程内容等具体优化路径,旨在有效地指导学生就业规划与职业发展。Career planning courses provide valuable guidance for graduates of higher vocational colleges when choosing career directions,and thus exert a significant impact on talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the future employment of graduates.The article conducts relevant research on the career planning of vocational college students in Ningxia,examines the role of the courses in students’employment from multiple perspectives,and points out optimization paths such as innovating teaching methods,establishing a strong team of faculty,perfecting the evaluation system,and carefully arranging curriculum content,in order to effectively guide students’career planning.
