摘　　要：介绍了农产品安全检测技术课堂教学改革过程。对接国家农品加工与质量检测专业教学标准、“1+X”农产品食品检验员、食品检验工技能等级证书,确定课程标准,进行课程内容的模块化处理,选取农产品安全检测真实项目案例,基于真实工作过程,开发了工单任务式活页教材,以成果为导向,开展了项目导学、自主探学、合作研学、展示赏学、互检评学的多元化混合式教学改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提升了课堂的学习效率;以厚植“三农”情怀为主线,培养扎根农村高素质本土化人才,助力乡村振兴。This case describes the reform process of the classroom teaching of agricultural product safety testing technology.According to the national teaching standard of agricultural processing and quality inspection,agricultural food inspectors and food inspectors are"1+X"certified,established curriculum standards.According to the needs of work,developed the loose leaf teaching material of work task type.The application of various methods in teaching can increase students'interest in learning and classroom learning efficiency.The school trains students to love the countryside,agriculture and farmers,and promotes the rapid development of agriculture.
