摘　　要：文中结合国家高水平职业院校物流管理专业现代学徒制的具体实践,探讨了现代学徒制对我国高职教育教学改革的意义,并就如何进一步完善现代学徒制人才培养改革方案、提升高职物流管理专业人才培养质量提出了具体的建设思路。Combining with the concrete practice of modern apprenticeship of logistics management major of national high-level vocational colleges,this paper discusses the meaning of modern apprenticeship on higher vocational education and teaching reform in China,and then puts forward some specific suggestions on further perfecting the talent training reform scheme of modern apprenticeship and improving the talent training quality of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges.
