摘　　要：在国家提出双一流高校建设的倡议后,需要统筹一流学科与一流大学建设方面的要求,按照该项工作的总体战略布局,有条不紊地开展活动。双一流建设工作已经进行一段时间,医学院应该基于临床人才供应不足的现状,在国家全力建设一流学校与学科的过程中,确定临床工作者应该具备的能力,创新人才培养模式,让学生培养的学生,拥有胜任临床工作的能力。After the national initiative of the construction of double first-class universities,it is necessary to coordinate the requirements of the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class universities,and carry out activities in an orderly manner according to the overall strategic layout of the work.The double first-class construction work has been carried out for a period of time,and medical schools should determine the competencies that clinical workers should have based on the current situation of insufficient supply of clinical talents,in the process of the national all-out construction of first-class schools and disciplines,and innovate the talent cultivation mode so that students are trained to have the ability to perform clinical work.
