摘  要:目的针对普外科病房护理质量管理采取持续改进手段的应用效果实施分析与探讨。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月长沙市第四医院普外科病房护理人员25名为研究对象,于2020年7—12月使用常规管理方法(对照组),在此阶段选取100例患者作为A组;于2021年1—6月使用持续改进管理方法(研究组),在此阶段选取100例患者作为B组。对比两组管理质量评分、管理效果评分、管理方法评分、管理满意度、管理不良事件发生率。结果研究组操作技能、手术配合、基础护理、服务礼仪各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生命体征监测、环境管理、护理安全、消毒隔离各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项管理方法可行性、科学性、可评价性、有效性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组管理总满意度(98.00%)高于A组(89.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组管理不良事件发生率(2.00%)低于A组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将持续质量改进应用在普外科病房护理质量管理工作中,可以显著提升管理质量、管理效果,管理满意度更高,对降低不良事件的产生带来诸多积极作用。Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of continuous improvement in nursing quality management in general surgery wards.Methods Twenty-five nursing staff of the general surgery ward of the Fourth Hospital of Changsha were selected as the study subjects from July 2020 to June 2021.Conventional management methods(control group)were used from July to December 2020,and 100 patients were selected as group A during this period.The continuous improvement management method(study group)was used from January to June 2021,and 100 patients were selected as group B at this stage.The management quality scores,management effectiveness scores,management method scores,management satisfaction,and incidence of management adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of operational skills,surgical cooperation,basic care,and service etiquette in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of vital sign monitoring,environmental management,nursing safety and sterilization and isolation in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the feasibility,scientificity,evaluability,and effectiveness of the management methods in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of management in group B(98.00%)was higher than that in group A(89.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of management adverse events in group B(2.00%)was lower than that in group A(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the nursing quality management in general surgery wards can significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of management,and has higher management satisfaction,which brings many positive effects on reducing the generation of ad
