摘 要:学科体系是高等教育的基本组织,学科体系建设是高等医学教育的基石,这对加快构建高等医学教育创新发展格局具有重要意义。本文以北京某知名高等医学院校即将建设的天津校区为例,从剖析学科体系建设的内外动因入手,梳理当前学科建设中存在的问题,提出以学科内涵建设为基础推进学科体系建设的一些工作思考,以推进医学人才培养体系建设,提升高等医学教育质量,服务我国卫生健康事业向好发展。Discipline system is the basic organization of higher education,and the construction of discipline system is the cornerstone of higher medical education,which is of great significance to accelerate the construction of innovative development pattern of higher medical education.Taking Tianjin Campus,which is about to be built by a well-known medical college in Beijing,as an example,this paper starts with analyzing the internal and external causes of discipline system construction,combs out the problems existing in the current discipline construction,and puts forward some work thoughts on promoting the construction of discipline system based on the construction of discipline connotation,so as to promote the construction of medical talent training system,improve the quality of higher medical education,and serve China's health care industry to develop well.
